Today at the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputy chairman of the Ak Zhol party, poet Kazybek Isa presented the Rector of the Year award to the Chairman of the Board - Rector of KazNU Zhanseit Kanseitovich Tuymebaev.

Kazybek Musa, who specially arrived at the event, congratulated Zhanseit Tuymebaev and expressed his warm wishes.

“This year some work has been done at the Al-Farabi KazNU. Today's award is the result of this hard work, ”said Kazybek Isa.

Since the appointment of Zhanseit Tuymebaev to the post of rector, KazNU has taken the 175th place among the 200 best universities in the world.

Academic buildings and hostels have been overhauled in accordance with modern requirements, classrooms and classrooms are equipped with new technology.
