Health is a state of complete physical, spiritual and social well-being, not just the absence of disease or physical defects.

Health is the greatest value given to a person. But a person cannot be completely healthy without leading a healthy lifestyle, i.e. a way of life contributing to the preservation and development of the health of an individual and society as a whole. Health preservation factors are components of a healthy lifestyle, as the basis of longevity. Risk factors are factors that contribute to the onset of disease.

A healthy lifestyle depends on whether a person observes health preservation factors, whether a person excludes risk factors from his life and whether a person has.
