Maulitkhanov Merey is a bronze medalist of the international Greco-Roman wrestling tournament.
On November 6, 2022, an international tournament dedicated to the memory of Estonian wrestler Christian Palusalu was held in Tallinn (Estonia). At these competitions, a 3rd-year student majoring in Physical Culture and Sports, Maulikhanov Merey, won a bronze medal in the 72 kg weight category.
