The pedagogical practice of undergraduates and PHD students is coming to its logical conclusion at the Management Department. At the end of practice, future teachers conduct events and demonstrative lessons.

In 04.24.2021 a first-year PHD student Dzhumashova Alfiya Abdikadirovna of the specialty State and local government conducted a demonstrative lesson. She gave a lecture to the 3rd year students of specialty “State and local government” on the topic "Social support of youth". This was the final, fourth lecture in this group. As the head of the group, Sabina Karimzhanova, notes, that the students of the group were fond of the lectures and practical exercises of PHD student Dzhumashova Alfiya Abdikadirovna. Having a practical work experience as a chief specialist-lawyer in the Ecology Department in the Almaty region, A.A. Dzhumashova very skillfully uses her knowledge, observations and experience in lecture developments. During the lecture, she is able to arouse interest in the material being studied, organize a mini-discussion.

The lectures of A.A. Dzhumashova had positive assessment from the head of pedagogical practice, acting Associate Professor of the Management Department, Ph.D. Ashirbekova L. Zh.

Pedagogical practice is given special attention and place in training at the Management Department, since after graduating from the master’s and doctoral studies, graduates receive rights to teach in educational institutions. Al-Farabi Kazakh National university also open its doors to graduated students. Today, 66 PHD students and 72 undergraduate students study at the Management Department, who can become potential teachers of universities and other educational institutions of Kazakhstan.

PHD student Dzhumashova A.A. dreams of devoting herself to pedagogical activity after having PHD degree. We hope that not only her plans but also many other graduates of master's and doctoral studies will be implemented and the ranks of university professors will be replenished with a worthy professional change.
