Being a manager means being successful. This is the opinion of the first-year undergraduates of the Department of Management Lali Dospayeva and Madina Ospanova. 04/26/2021 As part of their pedagogical practice, they prepared and conducted an open advisor hour with first-year students of the specialty Management of the Russian department.

On the eve of the new academic year, when school graduates, our future applicants, are in search of information about existing professions, when many scientists and researchers predict the disappearance of many professions, the topic raised for discussion is very relevant. This topic was also of interest to students - future managers. As it turned out, in the course of the mini-survey, among the students there are still doubts about the chosen profession.

In their presentation, Lali and Madina showed the possibilities for applying their professionalism after completing their BA in Management. Indeed, who else but a manager can ensure the effectiveness of the organization, bring the company to a new level of development. From Lali and Madina, this information was conveyed very convincingly. After all, they are already professional managers, have work experience, have achieved considerable success and made a conscious step - they entered the magistracy to develop their professionalism. Madina works as a recruiting and adaptation manager in the HR department at the Alina group. It is a large holding company engaged in the production and sale of building materials. It also manages the Oi-qaraqai Lesnaya skazka ski resort.

Considerable interest was aroused by the experience and activities of Dospayeva Lali, who earns her own living on her own since she was 18. She worked as an English teacher at an educational center, a sales manager at the MedExpert consulting company, and an assistant manager in the retail sector. But in the end, she managed to realize her dream of being an entrepreneur. She managed to create her own business - to open her own women's clothing store "Sindell Store" in Almaty, and then expand her business and open a similar store in Nur-Sultan.

The students remained grateful to the motivated undergraduates who provided them with the opportunity to touch an experience that was convincing enough to dispel all doubts about the chosen profession.

The event was also positively assessed by the head of the teaching practice, acting teacher, who was present at the class. Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Ph.D. Dzhulaeva A.M.

We wish our undergraduates Lali Dospayeva and Madina Ospanova further success in their studies, excellent defense of the report on the passed pedagogical practice and, of course, continue to be successful managers making the economy of Kazakhstan more efficient.
