On November 10th, 2021, an international scientific conference and presentation of the IV issue of the international book collection of scientists of the Commonwealth of Independent States «The Best Young Scientist – 2021» was held in Nur–Sultan with the support of the Association of Legal Entities in the form of the association «National Movement «Bobek».

This project was attended by young and talented people who are passionate about scientific developments on various issues from the Russian Federation, the Republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan within the framework of international cooperation and further integration of science.

The diploma of the I degree of the «The Best young scientist – 2021» International project and the breast medal «The Best young scientist – 2021» for contribution to the development of science and education was awarded to Baltabay Dauren Kuanyshbekuly, a 2nd-year doctoral student in the EP «Robotic Systems», Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Dauren was awarded this status for his research «Development of a system for recognizing a human image by a robot in the Python software environment». The scientific work is recognized as one of the best and published in the collection of scientific articles «IV International Book Edition of the CIS countries «The Best young scientist – 2021» with the assignment of the international ISBN code.

The collection of the winners' works is published in the Russian Scientific Electronic Library eLibrary.RU, as well as on the website of the association «National Movement «Bobek».
