In honor of the celebration of the 1150th anniversary of Abu Nasyr al-Farabi, on January 29, 2020, students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University launched a new challenge. In the Treatise on the Views of the Residents of a Virtuous City, the great thinker said, “The goal of bringing people together is to be a city of kindness and mutual assistance in the search for happiness and a society of friendly people helping each other in search of happiness.” In this regard, we residents of the town of KazNU voluntarily act, benefiting society, striving for good, paying attention to good and kindness. It is very important for us to understand, help and bring happiness to every person. More than 5,000 students of KAZNU took in the challenge.
