At the al-Farabi Kazakh National University on 2019, 15 May held a cluster meeting of project coordinators of the capacity building of higher education (CBHE) and members of the consortium, organized by National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan. The main objective is to determine the level of functioning of the projects of the CBHE and familiarization with the activities carried out by employers on the development of training programs and exchange of information.

In the Congress hall of the Al-Farabi library a cluster meeting was held on the projects implemented by the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (capacity building of higher education). The coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan Shaizada Tasbulatova made a welcoming speech, which introduced the guests and issues of the agenda. In the conference hall there was an information corner of each project, and presentations with handouts were held. The event was attended by the Deputy head of the Department of higher and postgraduate education of the Ministry of education and science of Kazakhstan, Narbekova Banu, and the rector of the M.Kozybayev North Kazakhstan state University made a welcoming speech Omirbayev Serik, Vice-rector for academic affairs Al-Farabi KazNU Of Khikmetov Askar.

During the cluster meeting at the plenary session, Serik Omirbayev analyzed and proposed recommendations on how to establish close relations with employers and how to develop educational programs, and answered the questions of the project coordinators. In addition, after the plenary session, each group presented the projects of the CBHE, which were presented to the curators of the group and other project managers. Questions were asked, the analysis of each project was carried out. The results of the analysis in each group were compiled reports and announced at the final meeting.

As a result, experts from the national Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan assessed the "satisfactory" level of work of projects with employers.
