On October 13, 2022, as part of the educational process, a Leadership lecture on administrative law was held on the topic "Administrative procedures: a new format" by the famous Kazakh administrativist, director of the Center for Public Law of the Higher School of Law "Adilet" of the Caspian Public University, Doctor of Law, Professor Podoprigora Roman Anatolyevich.

The listeners were students of the 2nd year of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, who enthusiastically listened to the creative professor. The time allotted for the lecture was limited, but the professional teacher, Roman Anatolyevich, was able to meet this time by revealing the novelties of the APPC, new approaches in teaching administrative law as the legal basis of public administration.

Thus, topical ideas were voiced on the need to introduce new approaches to teaching administrative law into the educational process, problems in the field of protecting the rights of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the light of the new APPC, problems of implementing the implementation of the administrative function of the state, issues of criminalization and decriminalization of certain acts.

In conclusion, the students were introduced to new books with administrative and legal topics, which will be a good help for applying new approaches in teaching administrative law.

We think many teachers, leading industry disciplines, one way or another, face certain difficulties in teaching disciplines today, so there is no comment to the AAPPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduced on July 1, and the imposition of the new code has practically all the NPA available in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Professor Podoprigora assured that with the active assistance of the German legal community, a Commentary to the APPC is being prepared, and this will be a good help and a textbook for everyone, from practicing lawyers, judges of administrative courts themselves to teachers and students of Kazakhstani universities.
