On September 22, 2022, Doctor of Law, Professor of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Alimbekov Musabek Turgumbekovich met with first-year students of the Faculty of Law. The leadership lecture was devoted to the political and legal aspects of the formation and development of the Eurasian Union.
Alimbekov Musabek Turgynbekovich worked as Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (04.2009-04.2011). He was also Chairman of the International Court of EurAsEC in Minsk (01.2012-12.2014).
Author of the monograph "Judicial law-making and the application of civil law norms in the mechanism of legal realization" (Astana 2010). Author of books: "Application of civil law norms by the court in the modern period" (Astana 2009), "On Forensic Examination", "Comments on Civil Legislation" issue 47 (Almaty, "Rarity" 2016), Practical Guide "Disputes on Intellectual Property Rights" (Astana 2010), "Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property rights Property in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Recent Trends and Prospects" (Astana 2011), "Eurasian Integration in the system of global globalization: current political and legal aspects" (Karaganda 2015).
