Round table "Constitutional referendum in Kazakhstan - the basis of new initiatives"

On May 19, 2022, at the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, a round table «Constitutional referendum in Kazakhstan - the basis of new initiatives» was held.
At the Round Table meeting, the constitutional reforms were discussed, as well as the ideas and provisions submitted to the referendum held on June 5, 2022.
Presentations were made by leading scientists of Kazakhstan from various fields of legal theory and practice, as well as speeches by leading legal scholars who were directly involved in the development of laws and other normative legal acts relating to the constitutional development of Kazakhstan.
