07.02.2017 at 17.00 hours in the 106 office of the Faculty of International Relations, first-year students of the Department of General and Applied Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science conducted a training seminar on "how to become their own therapist." The organizers of the Professor of the Department of General and Applied Psychology BerdibaуevaS.K and Associate Professor  Kamzanova A.T.

Educational hour passed as the project "Sanctify all around." Professor Berdibaуeva S.K and associate professor of  Kamzanova A.T shared information about the many interesting psychotherapeutic techniques that helped the students, as well as shared their thoughts. During the training, it was told about the musical training, in practical terms, we had a 20-minute musical art training - relaxation. After the training, the students shared their impressions, and suggested holding other trainings.

The training seminar was held professionally and on a psychological level as the hour of psychological relaxation, as well as the students experienced the musical training in practical psychology, which always helps, experienced a good atmosphere.
