"Cult of a healthy body project"

On December 3, 2016 at 10:00 at psychological center of NAPK, within the "Cult of a healthy body project" teachers of department of the general and application-oriented psychology: Baymoldina L.O., Kudaybergenova S.K. Madaliyeva Z.B.  held an event "Meditation and a relaxation as self-therapy methods"

Baymoldina L.O. has told about advantage of meditation and a relaxation. It is no secret that people who are able to relax keep the energy necessary for continuation of their activity longer, are less irritable and aggressive, cope with stresses better and differ in good reaction in extreme situations. The most ancient method of relaxation includes a set of various techniques. It can be both provisions of a body, and special types of breath, and repetition of separate sound combinations or prayers. Engaged in meditation claim that it promotes calm and reduces susceptibility to stresses. We often think that when we watch TV, or we sit in an easy convenient chair, drinking cocktail or reading the interesting book, - we relax. However, it isn't right. True relaxation and a relaxation can't spontaneously come since they need to be practiced and cultivated constantly. Some forms of a relaxation can turn into meditation. Many meditating consider that the equipment of a relaxation opens access to internal silence, thereby being useful to meditation. After that have been carried out technology of meditation and a relaxation. After development of simple techniques of a relaxation, it was offered to students to master meditation bases. 

The offered exercises very much were pleasant to students, they have spent time with big advantage for themselves.
