On February 17 in the auditorium of the Students House №13 held a round table discussion on "How do I see chemical engineer after graduating bachelor" Organizers of the event were teachers of the department of chemistry and technology of organic matters, natural compounds and polymers Ph.D., Associate Professor Z.B.Halmenova, Ph.D. A.K.Umbetova, Ph.D. Yu.A.Litvinenko, D.Sc., assistant professorN.N.Chopabaeva and students СTOC-404.406. The round table was attended by students from 1, 2 and 3 courses of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology.
At the event, senior students have shared with younger students the experience gained during the three years of study at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, in particular about scientific work carried out at the department of chemistry and technology of organic matters, natural compounds and polymers. Students were presented the history, life, leadership and staff of the department. Then senior students actively and colorful  spoke about the industrial practice, in which they visited factories and industrial chemical enterprises of Kazakhstan. At the end of the event, students actively asked questions to which gladly answered teachers of the department and senior students.
