April 15–16, 2021 with participation of the Recreation Geography and Tourism Department of the Geography and Environmental Sciences Faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Al-Farabi KazNU) and the Tourism and Hotel Business Department of the Fuersas Armadas ESPE Extension Latakunga University (Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE Sede Latacunga, Ecuador) by the International Tourism and Hotel Business Department of the Economics and Management Institute of the Belgorod State National Research University (NRU “BelGU”, the Russian Federation) is scheduled to hold the online International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic “TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY: NEW CONCEPTS, OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOPMENT TOOLS”.

The aim of the international event is to unite the scientists and practitioners for a dialogue about the problems and prospects of the Tourism and Hospitality Development in the XXI century, exchange ideas, experience and modern practices in the implementation of new concepts. Working languages of the conference: Russian, English, Spanish. The most significant works, as decided by the organizing committee, will be published in the second issue of the “Scientific Result. Business and Service Technologies” Network Scientific Journal (List of Scientific Journals of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation).

The conference program provides for work in the following areas: 1) drivers of tourism development and territorial identity; 2) digital technologies and transformation strategies in tourism and hospitality; 3) technologies vs business models: challenges and opportunities.

In addition, it is planned to update the several issues for training and academic mobility of students, who are learning for work in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
