FORM OF PUBLICATION

The proceedings of the participants will be published in the conference proceedings.

The best articles can be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals “KazNU Bulletin. Geography Series”and “Issues of Geography and Geoecology” (Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Materials for publication are accepted in Kazakh, Russian, English.

Registration fee should be paid after receiving a letter of confirmation from the organizers.

The registration fee includes the cost of one copy of the collection of conference proceedings for full-time conference participants and coffee breaks. Participants without full-time participation in the conference will get an electronic version of the proceedings.

In case of publication in the peer-reviewed scientific journal “KazNU Bulletin. Geography Series”, the article will be required to be formatted according to the rules and a surcharge from the calculation: each page – 500 KZT / 2 USD.

Publication in the peer-reviewed scientific journal “Issues of Geography and Geoecology” will require the design of the article in accordance with the rules (no extra charge).

Requirements for the design of materials for publication in the conference proceedings

 

Materials in electronic form, typed in a text editor Microsoft Word, accompanied by an identical paper version.

The article with all the structural elements should be 5 pages. Font – Times New Roman.

Margins: upper and lower – 2.4 cm, right and left – 2.2 cm.

Pages are numbered below, in the center.

The main text is given in one column at a line spacing of 1.0, and automatic hyphenation is set for it. Size – 12. Paragraph – 0.8 cm.

The article material is in one file and includes abstracts in Kazakh, Russian and English, figures, tables, references.

Drawings, diagrams and other illustrative material are placed directly in the text with the numbering and caption: “Figure 1 – The name of the figure.”

The text of the tables: size – 9. Reference to the tables in the text (table. 1). Table title: “Table 1 – Table Name”.

The number of figures, tables, graphs and diagrams should not exceed 20% of the total article. Illustrative material should be clear and of good quality.

Mathematical notation and formulas must be typed in the Microsoft equation and placed in the text on separate lines, numbering only those that are referenced in the text. Russian and Greek letters in formulas and articles, as well as mathematical symbols and chemical elements are typed in direct font, Latin letters in italics.

Under the heading "REFERENCES" a list of sources is cited that are referenced in the text. The references are given in the order of mentioning in the text of the article (paragraph “0.8 cm”, alignment “in width”, size 9). In the text, references to list numbers are given in square brackets. Each bibliographic reference in the list begins with its serial number in the text: “[1] Petrova S.N. Research activity ... ". The list of references is designed and carefully verified by the author.
