In the period from January 15 to 30 2020, students of the military department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, excellent students of Zhailkanov Aruzhan and Toyеkin Yelshat in accordance with the Memorandum of Cooperation between Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the National Cadet Corps of the Republic of India took part in the youth program cooperation between Kazakhstan and India and the events dedicated to the Day of the Republic of India, organized on the basis of the military sports camp of the National Cadet Corps of India in the city of Delhi.

During the two-week visit, Kazakhstani students were received at the highest level, meetings were organized with the President of India, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, the Commander of the Navy, the director of the National Cadet Corps of India and other dignitaries.

According to the action plan, our students participated in the military parade on Indian Independence Day and adequately represented Kazakhstan at the reporting concert with a presentation and Kazakh folk dance, which made all participants in the meeting to rise with applause. An extensive cultural and leisure program was organized, which included trips to cities in India, visits to world-famous historical sights of the country.

Meetings with the cadets of the National Cadet Corps and with youth delegations from other countries of the world served to further enhance the international image and authority of Kazakhstan and its Armed Forces.
