1. Apply detailed knowledge of the typical structure and functions of the human body at the level - from molecules, cells, to organs and systems, the body as a whole
2. Identify and solve problems affecting human health based on the application of knowledge about the underlying pathological processes and the biological damage they cause.
3. Identify and interpret clinical symptoms and syndromes, collect information from patients and other sources of clinical significance, data from laboratory and instrumental methods of studying patients with diseases in the age aspect for disease management, including the initiation of appropriate interventions.
4. Integrate clinical knowledge and skills to provide an individual approach in the treatment of a particular patient and the promotion of his health in accordance with his needs; make professional decisions based on the analysis of the rationality of diagnostics and applying the principles of evidence-based and personalized medicine.
5. Effectively build dynamic relationships between the doctor and the patient that occur before, during and after medical treatment in compliance with the principles of ethics and deontology based on knowledge of human behavior, patient psychology, taking into account cultural characteristics and race
6. Work effectively in an interprofessional / multidisciplinary team with other healthcare professionals in organizing and managing the diagnostic and treatment process; collect and communicate medical information, verbally and in writing, to provide safe and effective patient care.
7. To provide effective and timely medical care, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine and humanity, applying legal norms, in case of diseases in patients of all age groups, paying attention to its quality, safety.
8. Timely and effectively provide medical care in emergency and life-threatening conditions, including emergencies, natural and man-made disasters, pandemics on the principles of humanity, safety and efficiency.
9. Apply knowledge about the rights, obligations and ways to protect the rights of the patient, including the child as a patient, in professional activities; apply knowledge of legal norms in the work of a doctor, methods and tools for healthcare workers.
10. Analyze and maintain the necessary documentation in healthcare organizations; using modern information and digital technologies and health information systems to solve professional problems and conduct scientific research.
11. Apply knowledge of the principles and methods of forming a healthy lifestyle for a person and family, population health; apply knowledge of a complex of factors that determine health and disease for the purpose of prevention.
