The procedure of deduction and deprivation of educational grants

A student may be expelled from the university in case of:

a) personal wish;

b) transfer to another educational institution;

c) failure in paying tuition fees;

d) breaking university discipline as follows:

- not returning from sabbatical leave

- for the systematic omission of classes without good reason (more than 60 hours)

- for not contacting university or prolonged absence without good reason

- for not concluding agreement on the onerous provision of educational services for re-training or re-learning courses (within the 10 days after the order)

e) breaking or violating internal rules of KazNU:

- appearing in class in intoxicated condition

- use of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances;

- drinking alcohol or gambling in university

- breaking safety rules or fire safety that can cause serious consequences

- damaging the property of university

- breaking rules of dormitory residence

- showing antisocial attitude towards the university
