The aim of competition: progress of creative potential of a studying and student's youth, the experts working with given categories of citizens, heads of the educational and other organizations assisting progress of social and humanitarian areas of ability to live of the states, first of all Russia and Kazakhstan.

The pupils of the senior classes (10, 11 class), teachers and heads of educational establishments as scientific advisers, heads, students of colleges, higher educational institutions,teachers are invited to participation in competition.

On competition author's materials and collective works (quantity of authors – no more than 3 person) strike root. Quantity of works on one author or a group of authors – no more than one.

Conditions of competition:

The admission fee makes for participants

• · From tRussian Federation: children's works on 500 roubles, student's – 1 000 roubles, adult - 2 000 roubles;

Positions of competition in the appendix to the letter or can be received, having addressed in organizing committee.

Competition is spent in the correspondence form.
