1) The summary with the photo;
2) Identity card copy;
3) The copy of the record book certified by the press of higher education institution and with the signature of the dean of faculty or транскрипт to progress from HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION;
4) Copies of the published scientific articles on a profile of training, scientific researches, diplomas about participation in conferences (if those are available).
