Khan Alnuaim, a professor at King Abdulaziz University of Saudi Arabia, who made a presentation on «KAU Level High Exams: Achievements and Challenges», spoke about ways to improve electronic testing and shared his experience.

Mr. Roland Chin, President of Hong Kong Baptist University, spoke about the harmony of ethics. Since the 70s, he worked in NASA's department for automating visual inspection of machines and detecting samples. Currently, he is the President of the University of the Humanities in Asia and represents a new renaissance in the country's humanitarian education. Professor raised questions regarding the work of robots and artificial intelligence, where he drew the attention of participants to some risks for humanity.

Professor of Beijing Normal University, Biliang Hu, speaking on the topic «Education to Support Strategic Development», highlighted the importance of Universities and its impact on the world community and shared his research.

The representative of QS Quacquarelli Symonds Ltd (Great Britain) Shadi Hijazi, who made a significant contribution to the field of education and science of world universities, took part in the section. In his work, he draws attention to strategy, internationalization, research, marketing and branding. His research is included in the projects of universities in the Middle East, Russia, Malaysia, Philippine, Korea, and Mexico. In addition, he wrote analytical reports on the successful work of the university and its quality.

The Rector of the South Ural State University (Russia) Alexander Shestakov also shared his opinion in the section. Talking about the possibilities of the University, he noted that the University is located on the territory of the Silk Road and now combines the best scientific, cultural experiences. «Internationalization is the foundation of the university, they turn the university into a center of scientific research and innovation at the global level», - said A. Shestakov.

Among the most important topics voiced in the section were issues of the development of science and education at the junction of cultures along the Silk Road, the path of their discovery.
