In the walls of al-Farabi KazNU was held an international scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 70th anniversary of doctor of Philology, Professor A. Kyraubayeva “Kazakh literature and national pedagogy”.

The aim of the conference is familiarization with the scientific and educational heritage of the doctor of Philology, Professor Alma Kyraubaeva; the evaluation of the formation of the national pedagogy in the years of independence, the study of processes of formation of national schools, defining the historical role of creativity A. Kyraubaeva as the intellectual of the nation and an outstanding researcher of history of literature. During the conference, scientists and guests made presentations, shared their opinions and spoke about interesting facts from life of the doctor of Philology, Professor, laureate of international prize named after Zhambyl Zhabayev Alma Kyraubaeva. It should be noted that at the time Alma Mutalipkyzy also involved in the study of the unknown piece of Zhambyl Zhabayev and consequences released a collection of new songs and Terme – “Zhambyl auenderi”. These unknown works of the writer, Alma Kyraubaeva recorded in their own performance on "Kazakh radio", which are now stored in the gold Fund. A book about the life and work of Alma Kyraubaeva from the (Onegeli Omir) was presented during the conference. Omirkhan Abdiman the Dean of the faculty of Philology and world languages was the moderator.

The conference was attended by the writer, the laureate of the International literary prize (Alash) Nurlan Orazalin, honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sharbanu Beisenova, public figures, scientists, students and lecturers.
