The Chairman of the Supreme Court, doctor of Law, Professor,  the President of al-Farabi KazNU Alumni Association Kairat Mami was named the best Alumni and was awarded the medal of al-Farabi KazNU "Asa kurmetti tulek".

 This decision was taken at the meeting of the Academic Council of al-Farabi KazNU for his outstanding achievements in scientific, educational, social, and international activities, as well as for special contribution to the development of the University. In his letter to KazNU rector Galym Mutanov, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, doctor of Law Kairat Mami thanked the University staff for the decision about the award and noted that many alumnus, who have made great contributions to the formation of not only KazNU, but in the different spheres of the country worthy this medal. "This fact gives a special value to obtained medal and is a sign of high evaluation by lecturer and professor composition of my personal activities on promotion of the University and as President of the alumni Association",- said the Chairman of the Supreme Court. In his letter, Kairat Mami also noted that he would continue to exert all his strength and capabilities for the further development of our Alma mater – al-Farabi KazNU.
