Educational hour “healthy eating” as part of the promotion of the goal of sustainable development for good health and well-being.

 

        On November 16, an advisory lesson “proper nutrition” was held with 3rd year students of the Department of cartography and Geoinformatics.

 

        Five Essentials of Food Literacy:

        1) Food contains essential nutrients (nutrients, fats, carbohydrates);

        2) The presence of additional substances (vitamins, microelements) in the diet;

        3) Nutrition depends on the person’s age, health status, natural climate;

        4) Compliance with the quantity of food ordered daily;

        5) Compliance of food products with sanitary and hygienic standards.

        The consultation session was very interesting and useful. We discussed and discussed food issues with the students.
