      A single time zone will be introduced in Kazakhstan. The Ministry of Trade and Integration has put an end to an issue that was previously in a heated debate between scientists and experts. A draft of the relevant amendments has now been prepared. Now, on the night of February 29 to March 1, 2024 at 00:00, Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Abai, Akmola, Zhambyl, Zhetysu, Karaganda, Kostanay, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, Turkestan, Ulytau and East Kazakhstan regions postpone local time by 1 hour. Thus, the entire region of the country will be located in the 5th time zone.

      Starting March 1, we will move to the same time zone. Time passes in the bar area of the country. Why? This is the main question.
