On November 6, the 3rd year students of the specialty International Relations together with the teacher A. M. Otepova held a round table on the topic “Symphony of symbols". The purpose of the round table is to get acquainted with the history of symbols of other states. The students presented the symbols of Iceland, South Korea, Nepal and Mexico.
The round table «Increasing efficiency of information policy, development if creative industry» was held by International Relations 2-nd year students.
October 25, the 3rd year students of the specialty "Translation in the field of international and legal relations" and the adviser of the group, senior teacher Karipbaeva Gulnar Alipbaevna held an poetry evening, dedicated to the Republic Day of Kazakhstan.
On October 6, 2023, International scientific and practical symposium "Internationalization of education: socio-humanitarian aspect in a changing world: experience, problems and solutions" was held with the participation of the Department of Diplomatic Translation of the Faculty of International Relations and the University of Napoli Lorientale (Italy).
On September 22, 2023, the Department of Diplomatic Translation hosted a festive event on the theme "Til – tauelsizdik tugyry" with 1st-year students of the Faculty of International Relations of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University majoring in Translation in the field of international and legal relations.
The Department of Diplomatic Translation at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University's Faculty of International Relations hosted the international scientific and practical conference "Central Asia - Europe: Crossed Views on Women in Politics" from April 11 to 12, 2023, with the participation of the MIMMOC Laboratory from the University of Poitiers (France).
The conference's goal is to investigate the role of women in politics in Western and Central Asia.
