The delegation led by the Honorary President of the Conference of Hungarian Rectors, Dr. Gabor Kesteli-Szabo has visited Al-Farabi KazNU.

Hungarian guests visited the Situation Management Center, the Business Competency Development Cluster and the University Museum. At the meeting with the leadership of the University, the parties discussed possible areas of cooperation, in particular the organization of joint summer schools for students, the need to increase the exchange of bachelors, undergraduates and doctoral students, the possibility of research internships, conducting partnership doctoral programs, including in the field of innovative developments, development academic mobility.

The Conference of Hungarian Rectors is a public organization in which the entire system of higher education of the state is represented virtually.

«We invite the leadership of KazNU to the annual Forum of Rectors, which will be held in December this year in Budapest. The opportunity will be given to personal communication with Hungarian universities, the exchange of experience and the strengthening of relationships in the educational space, the imparting of new content to joint research programs and projects», - highlighted Mr. Kesteli-Szabo in his speech.

It is worth noting that KazNU is already cooperating with 7 universities in Hungary, as part of Erasmus +, and develops cooperation with Sopron University.
