Zharas Umarovich Ibrashev – Doctor in Historical Sciences, Professor of the Sub Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is well-known scholar, his research interests focus on international relations including European integration issues. He was the supervisor for the more than 35 Candidates and more that 10 Doctors. His research papers was devoted to the globalization and integration problems, multilateral and collective diplomacy, different aspects of European integration. Professor Ibrashev has established contacts with a leading centres of France. He is a Honorary Professor of Rennes University (France).

Baizakova Kuralay Irtysovna is one of the leading specialists in the field of International relations and foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Her research interests focus on foreign policy of France under the European integration, regional integration and regional security issues in the context of studying Central Asian countries expertise.

Mara Shaukatovna Gubaidullina – Professor, Doctor in Historical Sciences and specialists in the field of International Relations and Political Science. Her research interests focus on international relations, integration process in Europe, Central Asia and worldwide, foreign policy of the RK and foreign countries. Professor Gubaidullina has more that 150 publications.

Fatima Turarovna Kukeyeva is of the founders of American studies in national historiography. Professor Kukeyeva has established contacts with universities and research centres of the U.S. (Valdosta State University, Alabama State University, Vanderbilt University, etc.). She has more than 100 publications.
