On May 4-6, 2023, the international conference SIST IEEE was held within the walls of Astana IT University in Astana. At the conference, more than 200 participants presented their work in 4 main areas. Kaldybaev Nurkadem, a 1st year undergraduate of our department (Head - Karymsakova Nurgul) presented his project on the topic "Automation of the process of sorting municipal solid waste using Computer vision" and made a presentation.
