On March 2, a working meeting with the President of the association XCSS — CROSS COUNTRY SKIING SAND (Paris, France) Estelle Peyen took place in the walls of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University at the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences.

Estelle Peyen presented the program of events within the framework of the 3rd edition of the XCSS project "Climate what can wait". The XCSS "Climate can't wait" project is part of the UN global initiative aimed at achieving SDG #3 - Good health and well-being, SDG #5 - Gender equality, SDG #6 - Clean water and sanitation, SDG #13 - Combating change climate, SDG No. 15 - Conservation of ecosystems sushi. As part of the implementation of the project in Kazakhstan, the prospects of cooperation in solving climate and environmental problems were discussed. This partnership will include the participation of professor staff and students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in forums and conferences scheduled for May 2024.
