On 12.12.23, teachers of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management, UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Development, PhD Associate Professor B.E. Shimshikov and PhD Associate Professor G.A. Mukanova organized a working meeting with Vice President for Research and Development and executors of the megaproject Syrlybekkyzy Samal NAO "Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov".During the conversation, representatives of the university expressed their support and willingness to assist in the implementation of the megaproject. The relevance and timeliness of the issues raised in the megaproject, the implementation of which will require joint cooperation, were noted.
