Together with the Historical Faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak, 800 years have passed since the birth of Sultan Beybars (al-Malik az-Zahir Rukn-ad-Din Beybarys I al-Bunduktari as-Salih) "ruler of Muslim Egypt: Kipchak Tekty Beybarys Sultan and his times" (al-Malik az-Zahir Rukn-ad-Din Beybarys I al-Bunduktari as-Salih1223-1277). The conference was attended by state institutions and public organizations, university teaching staff, doctoral and undergraduates, media representatives.

The conference will discuss: the personality of Sultan Beybarys and the Kipchak factor, a fair system of governance in the time of Sultan Beybarys, international relations in the period of Sultan Beybarys (based on new Latin data), the role of Sultan Beybarys in the development of Islamic sciences, the ties of Egypt and the Ulus of Jochi in the time of Sultan Beybarys based on archaeological material, the religious situation in Egypt under the rule of Sultan Beybarys, Hadith studies in the time of Sultan Beybarys of the school of science and its impact on society, the state of religious agitation in the time of Sultan Beybars, Within the framework of such topics as valuable works published during the Mamluk-Kipchak Sultans (1250-1517), the image of Sultan Beybars in Arabic folklore, reports were made and the historical personality of Beybars was analyzed from an interdisciplinary position.
The conference was held in Kazakh, Arabic, Turkish, English, Russian, offline and online format. Simultaneous translation is provided. The work of the section continued in the afternoon, the results of the conference were adopted.
