On October 18, 2022 as part of the International Council of Archivists under the support of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Almaty, within the I Congress of Archivists on "Open Society – open Archive" with the participation of scholars of national and foreign archival sphere in Almaty, the Department of "World History, Historiography and Source Studies" of the Faculty of History held a meeting - opening of historical and documentary exhibitions with the participation of UNESCO, the UN, aimed at sustainable development.

The exhibition was held at the subway stations "Abai", "Baikonur", "B. Momyshuly". The event conducted at the international level was attended by the teaching staff of the Department of "World History, Historiography and Source Studies" of the Kazakh National University and students majoring in the "Archival science, documentation and documentation provision".

At the end of the event, Director of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aliya Mustafina thanked the organizers, specially invited guests for their active participation in the organization and conduction the event.
