Toleubaev.  During excavations in one of the royal burial mounds, a treasure was found consisting of 850 fragments of horse harness decoration.  As Professor Toleubaev notes, “The treasure belongs to the late animal style of the Scythian-Saka era, and dates back approximately to the 5th-4th centuries BC.  Central to the found decoration is a golden figure of a panther, decorated with four bells.  Thin and elegant workmanship speaks of the high level of jewelry craftsmanship of the ancient inhabitants of our region. " The scientific group of the archaeological expedition consists of teachers, doctoral students and students of the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology of the Kazakh National University.  al-Farabi.
