September 2, 2019 at the Higher school of Economics and business KazNU at al-Farabi was held a leadership lecture for 1st year students of "Finance", "Accounting and auditing" specialty. Alibekov Azat, chief specialist of banking regulation Department National Bank of Kazakhstan, Zhambyl Aizhan, chief accountant of the company "BS2". Ruslan Bergenov, the Chairman of the Board of «Europharma» gave a speech as a lecture.

   All invited lecturers shared their experience and success story with our students.

   Zhambyl Aizhan, an alumni of the Department "Accounting and audit" shared about accountant job, the organization of the accounting Department, current requirements to the accountants, the need for professional growth through professional development and shared her memories of student life at KazNU.

   Alibekov Azat pointed the demand for the specialty of auditor-financier in modern economic conditions.

   Ruslan Bergenov, gave an advise for prospective financiers and accountants not limiting with fundamental theoretical knowledge, but to rise a practical skills that will positively affect their future competitiveness.
