April 21-22, 2018 in the Sports Palace "Halyk-Arena" the Asian Judo Cup among the youth took place in honor of the honorary president of the judo federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan B. Makhmutov, the 2nd year student of the al-Farabi KazNU Zhubatkhan Sungat won the gold medal in the weight category 66 kg.
