On December 13-19, 2017, the head of the department of Kazakh linguistics, Professor S. Sh. Aimbek visited the Shanghai International Studies University. During the visit, he took part in the official opening ceremony of the Eurasian Institute and the Russian Institute and made a speech at the first seminar "Interdisciplinary Communication in Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia". He made a welcoming speech on behalf of G. Mutanov, the academician and the rector of al-Farabi Kazakh National University. During the seminar: "Kazakh language and culture of Kazakhstan" S. Sh. Akimbek met with the 1st year students studying "Kazakh language. |
