Education in the framework of sustainable development — a dynamic component, which includes all aspects of awareness about the state of nature and society focuses on building skills, vision of the future and strengthens the values that will enable the young generation to create a sustainable future. Kazakhstan's integration into the world educational space is an essential factor in ensuring sustainable development of the whole society.

The aim of the on-line conference — is a definition of forms of effective promotion and cooperation in the field of education for sustainable development.

The issues of discussion are the cooperation of Central Asian and Kazakhstani universities with the leading universities of the world in the following spheres: national education within the framework of sustainable development, strengthening the role of youth in achieving the sustainable development of society, the globalization of higher education and others.

The participants of the online conference are the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University partners: the University of Michigan (USA), the University of Scranton (USA), the "American Councils" (USA), Thomas University (Canada), Nazarbayev University (Kazakhstan), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
