On November 29, 2020, as part of the celebration of the 1150th anniversary of the great thinker, scientist Abu Nasr al-Farabi, an international "Leadership Lecture" was held, organized for Arabic language teachers, doctoral students and undergraduates at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, the Department of the Middle East and South Asia of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

It is noted that the series of lectures continued with the webinar-lecture "New Facets of the Linguistic and Logical Philosophy of Al-Farabi" and was organized in an online format. The lecture was delivered by a specialist in methods of programs of the Arabic language of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Professor Mahmoud Abulhafiz Khalafallah, who was invited to participate in this event. The lecture was attended by scientists from far abroad (from Egypt, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.).

During the lecture, an exchange of views on some of the philosophical concepts of the great thinker took place, the lecture was actively attended by students from near and far abroad. At the end of the lecture, the participants shared their impressions, and, as usual, a question and answer session was held, and many relevant questions were answered.
