Inspirational interview

President of our country Kassym-Zhomart Kemeluly told the editor of "Egemen Qazaqstan" newspaper Dikhan Kamzabekuly that "in 2024, a number of large-scale summits and forums will be held in the country. Kazakhstan chairs several prestigious international organizations, namely the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the Council for Cooperation and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, the Organization of Turkic States, the International Fund for Island Rescue, and the Islamic Organization for Food Security. Holding the World Nomad Games will also be a significant event for our country. A great competition is undoubtedly important both in terms of glorifying national sports and healthy lifestyle, and in terms of increasing the cultural and humanitarian ties between brotherly neighbor nations, who are considered the heirs of the nomadic civilization of the Great Steppe," he pointed out and touched on several issues. The fact that fundamental political reforms have been implemented in the country after the January events, that the previous system has become obsolete, that political reforms in Kazakhstan are not only systematic, but also of a fundamental nature that will never go back, emphasized the special importance for our country. At the same time, he focused on the question of the public's debt in general, and what is being done to solve this problem. It was said that the main reason for this situation is, on the one hand, the low level of financial literacy of people, on the other hand, it is necessary to strictly regulate the procedure for issuing consumer loans and the activity of collector organizations, and specific measures are being taken for this. In the framework of this interview, the issue of those who are strongly opposed to the construction of the NPP was discussed. Taking into account the significance of this initiative, our President emphasized that he proposed to put the issue of nuclear power plant construction to a national referendum, whether the nuclear power plant will be built or not - it is up to the people to decide. During the interview, it was also mentioned that extensive work was done in the field of foreign policy in the country last year. In the future, important events in our foreign policy did not go unnoticed. "Kazakhstan protects its national interests and fulfills its strategic tasks by conducting an effective and prudent foreign policy. We have unchanging goals. This is to preserve the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country, to protect the rights and interests of the citizens of Kazakhstan, to create the most favorable conditions for the stable development of our economy," he emphasized. Therefore, if we want our nation to grow and develop, we need to learn from both the good and the bad (to not repeat the mistakes), it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that hard work and creativity should be highly valued in society, knowledge and innovation should be celebrated, and a serious attitude towards life should prevail.

President of our country Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly further noted: "...if we want our nation to grow and develop, we must learn from both the good and the bad. Hard work and creativity should be highly valued in the society, education and innovation should be celebrated. As a forward-thinking nation, we should choose a path that unites our people, not divide them, and always look forward. National values should be above all. It isn't the first time I mention this. I will repeat again, hard work, education, professionalism, unity, solidarity, compassion, business, initiative, honesty, modesty and frugality are the qualities and values of a true patriot and honest citizen. We can become a quality nation only by increasing the power of our people, glorifying such qualities and values that lead to success, and instilling them in the minds of the next generation.
