International scientific-theoretical conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of I. Esenberlin "national idea and the problem of historicism in the modern literature of Kazakhstan"
April 9, 2015 the department of history and theory of Kazakh literature of the Faculty of Philology, Literary Studies and World Languages Al-Farabi University in collaboration with the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan held the International Scientific Conference "The national idea and the problem of historicism in the modern literature of Kazakhstan." The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of classic of Kazakh literature I. Esenberlin
C conference was held to discuss the significance of the literary heritage of Ilyas Esenberlin, disclosing the role of historical works in world culture, to exchange views on trends in the development of literature in Kazakhstan at the present stage.
Conference was organized by the department of history and theory of Kazakh literature of the Faculty of Philology, Literary Studies and World Languages, the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan.
