Day of knowledge
On 4th September 2017, at the college of KazNU named after al-Farabi held a solemn event called "I am a patriot of my country" dedicated to the day of knowledge within the ideology of "Mangilik El". To the celebration were invited, such guests as: Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law M.N. Umbetov, deputy chairman of the Union of Translators of Kazakhstan, business coach Erzhan Auel, and from parents, N.B. Em. Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University Education Zhappasov and the director of the college RO. Nurkanova delivered a parting speech for the newcomers and wished them success in their studies.
The solemn event was continued by concert program.
