 On December 8, 2021, the College of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University organized and held an international scientific and methodological conference on the topic: "Modern pedagogical education: realities and prospects", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The scientific and methodological conference, being one of the forms of generalization and dissemination of advanced pedagogical experience, was held with the aim of improving the educational process through the introduction of innovative teaching methods and techniques.

Objectives of the conference:

1. exchange of accumulated experience in implementing innovations in the pedagogical process;

2. creating a platform for demonstrating best practices;

3. assistance in strengthening teachers' motivation to participate in innovation processes;

4. creating conditions for the disclosure of the creative potential of teachers

The director of the College of KazNU named after al-Farabi, Nurkanova Rayhan Orazbekovna, made a congratulatory speech, who noted the importance of such events: "This conference is held within the framework of events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the 20th anniversary of our college. I hope that we will be able to create conditions for a constructive exchange of experience and opinions between teachers and colleagues. Let our conference in the walls of the leading university of our country - Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, become a place for further interesting and fruitful meetings. I am sure that the results of the conference will be useful to all participants, and the proposed recommendations will find their application in the further practical activities of each of you."

Deputy.Speaking about the objectives of the conference, Appakova M.N. noted that through innovative educational technologies, the competence approach is being actively developed, the qualifications of teachers are being improved, the number of classes where advanced teaching methods and techniques are being implemented is growing rapidly, thereby accumulating some experience. Then she familiarized with the situation of the online conference, after which reports were heard.

The topics of the speeches were very diverse and relevant. Thanks to the well-coordinated work, the conference was held at a high level, as evidenced by the words of gratitude from the participants: "Emotionally, the conference was very sincere, welcoming and humane. This was felt in relation to both speakers and listeners. Rarely is there a balance of formal and human at conferences. Keep it up!".

Everyone present received positive emotions. The conference participants noted that today we are faced with a new reality, but at the same time it is also new opportunities for the implementation of modern approaches in teaching, learning and evaluation. It was also noted that at present, teachers have also tested approaches to holding online meetings, conferences, various digital platforms are used, forming the basis for a different educational environment and determining the directions of professional growth of a teacher and his creative search.
