As a part of the «Aynalandy Nurlandyr» project the Department of General and Applied Psychology held the open day on March 11 2017 from 10:00 to 12:00(the 3^rd floor, the hall).

More than 80 people visited this event, including 10-11 grades students (schools number 6, 116, 12, 187, 18, 105, 117, 153, 83, 123, 27, 134, Baiseitova Music School), their parents, teachers, graduates of Psychology and employers.

Baisakova Z.M. – chairman of theboard of the “Union of Crisis Centres” of Kazakhstan.

Rysmendieva A.A. - Lieutenant-colonel, psychologist of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (a graduate of KazNU).

Olzhayeva A.K. – editor in chief of the magazine “Psychology in school”.

Bekbayeva A.M. – Business coach of the Learning and Development Centre of the Tsesnabank (a graduate of KazNU).

Koazhahmetov D.S. – director of the pupils home N8 Almaty.

Makhambetova S.O. – director of the gymnasium of the Almalybak village, Almaty region.

We were happy to see our graduates Zhumangaliyeva Aliya, TokhniyazovRasul, TunguskovaDariya and Niyazova Adina.

During the open day Psychology program students performed folk tales, presented posters devoted to the theme “Psychology is my favorite profession”, showed a video about “Psychology” program in KazNU.

During breaks students of the Republic Music School named after Baiseitova performed wonderful music compositions.

Professors Kudaibergenova S.K. and Faizullina A.K. carried out interesting diagnostic tests for the visitors.
