September 13, 2016 in the educational center "Mangilik El" in Almaty Schoolchildren's Palace within the project "The cultural model of Kazakhstan joining the thirty developed countries: problems of integration and intercultural communication in a changing world" was held a scientific seminar on the theme "Mangilik El" - the way leading to a brighter future".

The scientific work of the seminar was attended by Doctor of Philosophy, Prof. Moldabekov Zh.Zh., Doctor of Philosophy, Prof. Massalimova A.R., Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor Kuranbek A.A., Doctor of Social Sciences, Associate Professor Kylyshbaeva B.N., Candidate of Psychology, Associate Professor Seitnur Zh., Candidate of Philosophy Omіrbekova A.O., students, undergraduates and doctoral students of the Department of Religious and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as well as members of the center.

The main objective of the scientific seminar was the discussion of the idea

"Mangilik El" and its transformation into a national idea. The seminar took place in the following directions: - Formation of national consciousness and value attitude to national culture, spiritual heritage of the Kazakh people, the people of Kazakhstan as a whole; - The development of the national idea "Mangilik El" as an effective way to preserve and broadcast the cultural code of the nation in modern conditions; - "One hundred concrete steps to implement five institutional reforms"; - Civil equality, hard work, honesty, the cult of learning and education - consolidating the values ​​on the base of Mangilik El; - The role of the modern Kazakh family in the formation of national idea "Mangilik El"; - National idea "Mangilik El" and the problem of civil responsibility, patriotism, professionalism, statehood.

The audience was presented a chronological scheme of "Mangilik El", booklets and slideshows. During the discussion of the Patriot Act "Mangilik El" were affected not only issues of national ideas, but also the contribution that can be made by students, undergraduates and doctoral students conducting research to promote this idea, deciphering the content of the cultural code of the Kazakh people. During the discussion the students reveal the essence of the theme. The main topic of discussion was the compassion for the national culture. Also have been identified the projects to be implemented on the basis of this idea.
