On April 15 2016, it was been an international scientific and methodical conference on the Faculty of Political Science and Philosophy devoted to 60-year anniversary of the doctor of psychological sciences, professor F.S. Tashimova. The subject of the conference was «Al-Farabi and modern problems of applied psychology».

Colleagues from many universities and institutes of Russia and Kazakhstan congratulated professor Tashimova: Moscow State Regional University, Border Service Academy of National Security Committee of Kazakhstan, Kazakh State Women's Teacher Training University, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Kazakh national academy of Arts, named after T. K. Zhurenov, Institute for Philosophy, Political Science and Religion Studies, Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, Philology Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, family center «Januyam», complex family support center «Family Academy», and also dean, professors, students and undergraduates of Faculty of Political Science and Philosophy.
