Online meeting on the topic "Me and my motivation"
On February 15, 2021, an online meeting with first-year students of the specialty "6В02305 - Kazakh Philology" on the topic "Me and my motivation" was held at the departments "Kazakh Linguistics" and "General and Applied Psychology" of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The purpose of the meeting was to analyze the psychological state of students in online learning, to identify the problems of adaptation to learning in a pandemic and show ways to solve them. Lyiasova Aigul Amangeldievna, senior lecturer at the Department of General and Applied Psychology, gave a lecture on the impact of education in a pandemic on student psychology, energy sources, ways of getting motivation, time management, ways to increase stress resistance, principles of positive thinking. The students expressed their gratitude for the information received during the meeting.
