Under the leadership of the Department of General and Applied Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, a training lesson was held with the participation of students of the 2nd year of psychology on the topic "Development of personal growth, relationships and business qualities." At the training session, the students held a wide discussion on the topic "A successful person is me." The purpose of the classes was to increase students' confidence in their abilities, not to be afraid to survive new events and increase their ability to overcome difficulties. In addition, during the lesson, students expressed positive words and praise to each other, shared their "strengths." Thus, students notice themselves and the positive aspects of the people around them more, forming in their thoughts the concept of "A successful person is me." Within the framework of this goal and tasks, the organizers of training classes were Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer N.S. Tlenchieva, 1st year undergraduates in Psychology Userbay Medina, Orynbek Asem.
