On April 13, 2023, the senior lecturer of the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Tlenchieva N.S. and 1st year undergraduates of the Psychology specialty Daribaev Dilshat, Justalapova Malika held a training lesson on the topic "Effective Communications – Ways to Solve the Problem" with the participation of 2nd year students of the Psychology specialty. During the training, exercises were held to strengthen intra-group communications and create effective team interaction.

The purpose of the training was to improve the ability of participants to interact effectively, to assist participants in developing communication skills that allow them to better understand each other and successfully resolve issues. The development of listening ability is an important part of communication that is formed with the ability to listen. The training allowed participants to improve communication skills and learn how to solve issues in a constructive format. We also hope that the training has brought significant benefits both for the personal development of the participants, and for the success of the team and the organization as a whole.
